Consultation on mobile library usage.

Background:

Over the last ten years the number of people using the mobile library service has declined by more than 40%.  We want to revitalise the service so that it becomes a better used and more vibrant service within rural communities.

Purpose:

Through this consultation, we want to hear the views of current users, non users and parish and town councils.  We are particularly interested in hearing from people and organisations in rural communities who may live at some distance from any of our static libraries and who might be interested in using the mobile service in the future.
