Update April 2009: Due to a delay in receiving planning permission, the groundworks tender and ordering of the unit could not be initiated. As such the implementation date for the enlargement of Woodbury Primary School has been modified to 1 September 2009 (originally 20 April 2009).
At its meeting on 16 December 2008, the Executive resolved:
(a) that the results of the Public Notice be noted and approval be given to the enlargement of Woodbury CE VA Primary school from 140 to 168 pupils with effect from 20 April 2009, conditional upon planning permission being received by 17 April 2009; and (b) that approval be given to the funding of this scheme as a New Start Project funded from unallocated contingency within the CYPS Capital Programme.
