A event was held to engage young people with the work of the Council and to collect their views on the Exeter Vision.
In the 2006 Communications Strategy it was set out to undertake more consultation with young people. Alongside this, in early 2006 Councillors requested more work be done to engage younger people with the Council. As a result of this a 'Youth Working Party' made up of officers and Councillors was set up, one of the actions of this group was to hold a youth engagement day
To engage with young people about the work of the Council and to introduce them to local democracy
