User name :		Your Username will be used when you login. You can choose any name you wish (your username does not need to identify you).It must be one word and between 4 and 20 characters long. It is not case sensitive and cannot be changed.
Password :		Your password must include a number and be between 8 and 20 characters. It can’t be the same as your username. No spaces are allowed.

Any reports published using this information will not contain any personal information.
